Credit Card Processing/Security:
Billing & Shipping Information: An order will not be processed if the cardholders name and billing address do not match exactly what is on file with the credit card issuing bank or if the credit card holders information cannot be verified. If the "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses are different, both addresses must be on file with the credit card issuing bank.
My credit card was charged but my transaction was canceled? All orders are preauthorized by our merchant provider. If the credit card information supplied does not match the information that is on file with your credit card issuing bank, we will cancel your charge. Your credit card statement may show a pending amount even though we have canceled your charge. Depending on your credit card bank's policy, the charge will be canceled from your account within 2-10 business days. We have no control over this, as it is the policy of your issuing credit card bank.
Processing of Orders:
Orders ship within 3-5 business days, but in some instances will ship within 1-2 business days. If requesting Express or Expedited Shipping, orders will ship via the requested method after the 1-2-Day processing timeframe assuming item is in stock and ready to ship. We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please understand that orders are processed in the order they are received. Due to cut-off times by our manufacturers, items in stock will begin processing within 24 hours if order is received before 10 AM (CST). Orders received after 10 AM (CST) will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 10 AM (CST) on Friday will begin processing the following business day Monday.
You will received an automatic order confirmation after placing your order. Please check your bulk folder, as at times an order confirmation, processing or shipping notification may be directed there.
Any item that is on backorder, out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you within 24 - 48 hours and allow you the option to have it shipped as soon as it is available, or cancel your order at no cancellation charge.

Shipping and Tracking:
Standard Shipping is via UPS with an average delivery time of between 5-7 days. If item is in stock and ready to ship, in most cases you will receive your order sooner.
A tracking number will be provided via your shipment confirmation email. To Track Your Order, go to www.ups.com and enter the tracking number, or simply click on the tracking number link provided in your shipment confirmation email. If your order is shipped by another carrier, you will be provided the tracking number link and who the carrier is in your shipping confirmation email. A signature is required at time of delivery.

Although we make every attempt to provide color swatches that are true to color in helping you make your selection, these colors are to be used as a guide only. Differences in screen quality and resolution may make colors appear different that they actually are in person. We do not take responsibility for color selections made during the ordering process unless you ask us for advice. Please contact us before making your selection if you are in need of color assistance, or purchase a color ring as a guide to assist you before ordering.
Color Selection Ordering Policy:
Color assistance is available by contacting us by telephone or email. We cannot guarantee our color assistance will be suitable or what you had expected. Our Exchange and Returns Policy restocking fees will apply regardless if the color selection was based on a particular product picture, color chart swatch or our assistance recommendation. If however, upon receipt of your order, you received the wrong color than what was ordered, it will be exchanged for you at no charge.
Important Shipping Information:
The Head Shop Wigs Online shall not be held liable and will not issue a refund or credit in the case an order's delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier's control. This includes any weather delays and natural disasters.
If an order shipped to you is returned back to us as being because of an incorrect shipping address you provided at time of order, a $10.00 order reprocessing fee plus the minimum Standard Shipping Rate of $9.95 will be charged for re-shipment of your order. You will be informed of the returned order, the return processing fee and the additional standard shipping rate charges to re-ship your order. If you choose not to have us re-ship your order to you, or if you refuse shipment upon delivery, a 50% restocking fee plus freight charges accrued resulting from the refused shipment, or choosing not to have it re-shipped will apply. If in the case a returned shipment resulted in an error on our part, the order will be re-shipped to you at no cost.
If after tracking your order, it shows delivered, but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date shown by the shipping courier service/tracking number delivery date. Any credit or re-shipment of product will be granted only after we conduct and investigation and file a claim with the shipping provider.
Cancellation or Change Of Order:
You can add additional items, change or cancel your order within 8-business hours upon placing your order. There is no charge to add another item to your order. Please contact us immediately to let us know of any additions, changes or cancellation of order you are requesting. Once an order has reached the processing stage, it cannot be changed. Any new or additional items you wish to add to your order at this point would then be considered a new order.
