Typographical Errors

Lost Merchandise
Should merchandise be confirmed as lost in transit, we will replace the goods only after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification of the carrier of non-delivery, the merchandise will be replaced and a credit issued after a claim has been filed.

Credit Card Chargeback's/Disputes
If you feel that you have somehow been billed incorrectly or there was a problem with your order, please contact us first. If you intend to order our products and then later create a false credit card chargeback, you are breaking the law. We take theft of our merchandise very seriously and you will be prosecuted. If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for an order that you placed and received, there will be a research fee charged to your account upon reversal of the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you made the purchase and received it.

Order Refusals
Refused shipments will incur a 50% restocking fee plus any freight charges accrued as a result of the refused shipment. Orders refused as a result of an error on the part of The Head Shop Wigs Online will not incur this fee.

Returns & Exchanges
Please choose your color and style selections carefully, as there are no returns. We do offer one exchange per order, please see our "Returns and Exchanges Policy" page for specific details.

Color Selections
Although we do our best to provide color swatches that are true to color in helping you make your selection, these colors are to be used as a guide only. Differences in screen quality and resolution may make colors appear different that they actually are in person. We do not take responsibility for color selections made during the ordering process unless you ask us for advice. Please contact us before making your selection if you are in need of color assistance.

All sales are final on Human Hair Wigs, Hairpieces, Extensions, Costume Fun Wigs and Wig Accessories. For sanitary reasons, as well as Federal Health Department Regulation on these items, these items are non-exchangable and non-refundable.

Damaged merchandise or defective merchandise may be returned within 5 days of receipt for a replacement of the exact same item only. Please contact us immediately if this is the case.
